云南省红河州部分地区麻疯树种子的化学成分分析比较

摘    要:从云南省红河州10个麻疯树产地采集其种子,并测定其生物学性状和化学成分,对相关数据进行方差分析比较,结果表明:产地不同,麻疯树种子的生物学性质、化学成分含量、种子油的组成和含量都有一些差异。麻疯树种仁粗脂肪含量为52.38%~65.89%,粗蛋白质含量为13.79%~26.13%,灰分含量为3.97%~5.15%,粗纤维含量为3.05%~4.74%。对麻疯树种子油进行分离得到6~9种化学成分,经鉴定,其主要化学成分为不饱和脂肪酸,其中亚油酸占总量的14.13%~36.91%,油酸占总量的35.79%~51.12%。从实验结果看:2、3、4、8号样品的种子出仁率、含油率及不饱和脂肪酸含量都高,且产量也高,可作为优良的种源进行推广应用,其种子的产地也适宜作麻疯树生物柴油的开发基地。

Abstract:The biological characters and chemical components of J.curcas seeds collected from 10 sites of Honghe prefecture in Yunnan province were determined.The results of variance analysis indicated that the seed biological characters,the contents of chemical components,the composition and contents of seed oil varied with the growing sites of J.curcas tree.The contents of raw fat,raw protein,ash and raw fiber were 52.38 % ~ 65.89 %,13.79 % ~26.13 %,3.97 % ~ 5.15 % and 3.05 % ~ 4.74 % respectively.Six to nine kinds of chemical components isolated from seed oil were identified,the results showed that the major components were unsaturated fatty acid,among which,the contents of linoleic acid and oleic acid were 14.13 % ~ 36.91 % and 35.79 % ~ 51.12 % respectively.According to the experimental results,the kernel ratio,oil content and unsaturated fatty acid content of the seeds of sample No.2,No.3,No.4 and No.8 were relatively high,and the yield were also high,these provenances could be therefore selected as superior provenances to extension and application.These provenances could be chosen as the development base for biological diesel oil of J.curcas.
