摘    要:杏仁中所含的苦杏仁苷具有一定的生物毒性,从林产品安全的角度,采用HPLC定量分析方法对3个仁用杏品种杏仁中的苦杏仁苷质量分数进行了检测,旨在为仁用杏杏仁的食用安全性评价提供科学依据。结果表明,以纯甲醇作为提取溶剂,按照1∶20的料(脱脂粉末)液比,80℃水浴回流提取1.5h,为仁用杏杏仁中苦杏仁苷提取的最优化方法;采用HPLC法测得3个仁用杏品种木瓜杏、龙王帽、薄壳1号杏仁中苦杏仁苷质量分数分别为0.138%,0.154%和0.123%;测得的对照(中药材苦杏仁)中苦杏仁苷质量分数为2.269%。
