| Abstract: | This artical used the statistical method to calulate the literatures of the applications for the Chrysanthemum invention patents ranging from 1987 to 2007. The patents＂ number, content, authorized volume, age and applicant geographical distribution were analysed to reflect the situation of the exploring patents on Chrysanthemum in the twenty years in China. |
