| 摘 要： | 本文对壶关县奶牛数量急剧下滑、产业举步维艰的原因进行了分析,针对奶牛质量差、养殖水平不高、奶价低、配种员素质不高、规模化程度低、饲养管理跟不上等问题,提出了进一步完善产业扶持政策,龙头企业带动、增强健康养殖意识、加强技术培训力度、引进高质量冻精等措施,提高奶牛养殖规模和水平。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the reasons of struggling dairy industry and a sharp decline in the number of dairy cows had been analyzed. Moreover, some problems, such as poor quality of cows, low levels of breeding, low prices of milk, low q uali ty of breeding staff, the low degree of the scale and poor management, had also mentioned. Based on these problems, some useful countermeasures, such as leading enterprises＇ promoting, enhancing awareness of healthy culture, strengthening the technical training, the introduction of high-quality frozen semen and improving the scale and of dairy farming had been put forward. |
