马铃薯薯饼加工技术研究现状及发展对策

摘    要:概括了马铃薯薯饼加工技术的发展前景和应用价值,阐述了开发马铃薯薯饼产业化的重要意义。结合国内外马铃薯加工技术的发展现状,指出了我国马铃薯薯饼加工技术存在的问题和解决方案,展望了新型马铃薯半成品的应用前景,总结马铃薯薯饼在人们饮食、经济和其他领域带来的效益,对我国马铃薯加工技术的提高和新型马铃薯半成品的开发具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Prospect of development on processing technology of potato-cake and application value was elaborated.Significance of the industrialization production of potato-cake was expounded.On the basis of current situation of processing technology on potato,problems and solutions of processing technology on potato-cake were pointed out.Prospect of application about new semi-finished potato products was looked ahead.Benefits which were brought on aspects such as diet of people,economic and other fields were summarized.It had guiding significance to improvement of processing technology on potato and development of new potato semi-finished products.
