高等教育市场化视阈下的高校经营策略研究

摘    要:伴随着市场经济体制的建立与发展,高等教育市场化成为了国际高等教育以及我国高等教育发展的趋势。通过理顺高等教育市场化的历史脉络,在明确高等教育市场化的内涵的基础上分析高等教育市场化对所带来的机遇和挑战,并顺应着高等教育市场化的潮流分别提出了组织再造、品质管理、竞争力优势和人力资源管理经营策略。
