| 摘 要： | 维护校园安全稳定是高校基层党组织的重要政治责任。目前,该项工作存在任务繁重与工作薄弱,校园管理的局限性与安全稳定的广泛性,维稳资源的有限性与不安全不稳定因素多样性等矛盾。做好校园安全稳定工作必须建立信息预警机制、矛盾隐患排查化解机制、快速应急反应机制、情绪疏解和舆论引导机制。
