| 摘 要： | 目的]探索乳铁蛋白在牛精液冷冻中的应用效果,为乳铁蛋白在家畜精液保存中的研究与应用提供初步的参考数据。方法]在常用稀释液(果糖-柠檬酸钠-卵黄-甘油液)的基础上,分别添加不同浓度(250、500、1000mg/L)的乳铁蛋白,观察乳铁蛋白对牛精液冷冻效果的影响。结果]3种浓度的乳铁蛋白对精子的冻后活力、复苏率、VAP、VSL、VCL、畸形率、顶体完整率及低渗肿胀率均没有显著影响。结论]在该试验条件下,乳铁蛋白未能显著提高牛精液的冻后质量。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effect of lactoferrin on cryopreservation of bull semen and provide preliminary reference data for the research and application of lactoferrin in the livestock semen preservation.Method] Lactoferrin with different concentrations(250,500,1 000 mg/L) were added to the conventional diluent(the medium containing fructose,sodium citrate,eggyolk and glycerol)to observe the effect of the chemical on cryopreservation of bull semen.Result] Lactoferrin with 3 concentrations had no significant influence on the motility,the resrecovery rate,VAP,VSL,VCL,deformity,acrosomal integrity and hypo-osmotic swelling cell percentage of frozen-thawed spermatozoa.Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions,lactoferrin couldn't significantly increase the quality of bull semen after thawing. |
