Abstract: | A 6.5-year-old, castrated male Dalmatian was presented with a 3-month history of a chronic, nonhealing wound related to a previously excised lick granuloma. Reconstruction of the wound on the lateral metatarsal region was achieved using a phalangeal fillet technique, without digital pad transposition. The skin flap healed successfully with very good cosmetic and functional results. |
