摘    要:该研究向土壤中直接加入胞外多糖产生菌的活菌发酵液,研究结果表明,在30%和50%田间持水量条件下,玉米的出苗率分别提高了99.6%和91.7%,其他的指标,如幼苗干物质积累量,叶片叶绿素含量,根冠比以及根体积等都有明显提高,活菌液的处理可提高玉米幼苗的抗旱性.而在菌液包衣种子和土壤中加入灭活菌液的处理中,其各项生长指标也有不同程度的提高.

Abstract:Seedling rates of maize in the soil adding live fermentation liquid of Gluconobacter sp.increased by 99.6% and 91.7% respectively,under the 50 % and 30 % terms of field capacity.And other indexes such as dry matter accumulation,content of chlorophyll,root-shoot ratio and root volume improved obviously.Therefore,the drought resistance of maize seedlings could be increased by live fermentation liquid of Gluconobacter sp..The indexes of seeds coated with fermentation liquid and seeds adding sterilized fermentation liquid in the soil increased by different degrees.
