| 摘 要： | 本文利用聚丙烯酰胺胶电泳,对9个玉米自交系及其正交F_1材料,选取二个时期进行过氧化物同工酶分析。将酶谱扫描转化为数据资料后,对同工酶及产量分别进行配合力分析。结果表明:过氧化物同工酶与产量间一般配合力相关为0.72,特殊配合力相关为0.59,同工酶特殊配合力与产量杂种优势相关为0.39,三者均达显著水平。根据上述结果,在一定程度上可以对经济产量及配合力实行早期预测。

| Abstract: | The combining ability of peroxidase isozymes and yield was estimated, aed the relation of the two traits implored. The data of yield came from a diallel experiment including 9 inbred lines. Peroxidase isozymes of two growth stages were detected by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic methcd. The content of zymograms was determined by scanning. The results showed that the correlation of two characters was 0.72 for g. c. a. and 0.59 for s. c. a. between peroxidase isozymes and yield. Correlation of s. c.a, of eroxidase isozymes and yield heterosis was 0.38. Three coefficieets of correlation were significant. The implication of such relationship in corn breeding was discussed. |
