摘    要:在大棚种植条件下,以小白菜为试验材料,设置3个施肥水平:225.00kg/hm2(对照)、168.75kg/hm2(减量25%)和146.25kg/hm2(减量35%),研究了施肥水平对三茬小白菜的硝酸盐积累量、产量、营养品质和生理特性的影响。结果表明:每茬小白菜减量施肥处理组产量均低于对照,第三茬减量35%处理减产明显。第三茬减量25%和减量35%小白菜的维生素C和可溶性糖含量较对照下降明显,三茬小白菜的各处理丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随着时间的推移呈先升后降的趋势。第一茬和第二茬小白菜过氧化氢酶(CAT)与SOD、POD呈相反变化,对照组均低于处理组水平,第二茬减量35%处理的小白菜硝酸盐含量最低。综合考量本试验土壤肥力、小白菜连作的产量、各品质因素以及食用安全性,减量35%施肥处理至第二茬为宜。

Abstract:The continuous culture of pakchoi under structure was carried out under 3 various fertilizer rates(225.00 kg/hm2-control,168.75 kg/hm2-reduced by 25%,and 146.25 kg/hm2-reduced by 35%) in order to study the effects of fertilizer rate on the nitrate accumulation,yield,quality and physiological property of pakchoi.The results showed that the pakchoi yield of each crop at the reduced fertilizer rates was less than that at the control fertilizer rate,and the yield of the third crop at the reduced-by-35% fertilizer rate decreased significantly.The vitamin C and soluble sugar contents of the third-crop pakchoi at the reduced fertilizer rates decreased more obviously than those at the control fertilizer rate.The MDA content,and SOD and POD activities of all the three crops’pakchoi presented a trend of firstly rising and then falling.As for the first and second crops’pakchoi,the variation of their CAT activity was opposite to that of their SOD and POD activities,and the CAT activity of pakchoi at the control fertilizer rate was lower than that at the reduced fertilizer rates.The nitrate content of the second-crop pakchoi at the reduced-by-35% fertilizer rate was the lowest.Comprehensively considering the soil fertility and the yield,quality and edible safety of pakchoi,the reduced-by-35% fertilizer rate was suitable for the pakchoi of the first and second crops.
