红枣、黄花菜的辐照贮藏

摘    要:用~(60)Coγ射线辐照塑料薄膜包装的红枣,黄花菜,吸收剂量为1kGy,可以有效地杀灭危害红枣、黄花菜的鳞翅目和鞘翅目的多种仓库害虫。辐照的干果、干菜保存一年后好果率达90%以上。杀虫剂量辐照的红枣、黄花菜的主要营养成份(总糖、氨基酸、无机盐等)均无显著变化。由于杀虫剂量属于低剂量范围,所以辐照的红枣,黄花菜食用安全无害。辐照红枣、黄花菜杀虫效果好,经济效益显著,是一项值得推广的新技术。

IRRADIATION PRESERVATION OF DRIED JUJUBE-AND DAY LILY
Abstract:The dried jujube and day lily packed with plastic film were irrad(?)- ated with ~(60)Co gamma rays,and the adequate dosage was 1 kGy.The in- sects in the jujube and day lily,such as Lepidoptera and Elytrum were ef- fectively killed by irradiation.After one-year preservation,more than 90% of the irradiated jujube and day lily are still all right.The main nu- trients of the irradiated jujube and day lily,such as sugar,amino acid, vitamins and inorganic salts,did not change evidently.The irradiated ju- jube and day lily appear to be harmless for human consumption,because of the low dosage of irradiation.
