摘    要:以柴油机为研究对象,研究柴油机微粒过滤器及其在机再生技术,旨在减少柴油机微粒排放。分析了柴油机排气微粒的理化特性,简介了目前排气微粒净化技术及其特点,提出了使用粉末冶金材料作为微孔过滤器的一种新技术。从理论上分析了使用粉末冶金微孔过滤器作为排气微粒净化的可行性,并设计了粉末冶金微孔过滤器的再生控制结构及原理。

Abstract:In this paper,taking a diesel as object,diesel micropore filter and its recondition technique are researched in order to reduce diesel micropore exhaust.Furthermore,the physicochemical property of diesel micropore is analyzed,and the aerofluxus micropore purge technology and its property are also introduced.According to this,using powder metallurgy material for micropore filter is put forward as a kind of new technology.At last,feasibility of using powder metallurgy material for micropore filter is analyzed in theory,and the recondition control structure and fundamentals of powder metallurgy micropore filter are designed.
