摘    要:从病毒感染液的制备,围栏集虫感染增殖病毒,适时采收,整虫提取CPV等方面详细地介绍了松毛虫细胞质型多角体病毒的围栏增殖方法,并就这种方法涉及到病毒增殖效果的集虫虫质、增殖时机、接种浓度、感病虫的鉴别和病毒产量的预测等方面进行分析,阐明采用此方法较好地解决了大量增殖病毒的一系列技术性问题,具有增殖量大、产品质量好、生产成本低、适合我国国情的优点,达到病虫回收率超过80%,单虫病毒多角体产量大于2亿的要求。

Abstract:The multiplication method of Dendrolimus CPV including preparing infective virus solution, collecting Dendrolimus which will be infected by virus to multiplicate virus by establishing rail fence, picking infected Dendrolimus at opportune time and abstracting virus from Dendrolimus, etc. were introduced. Moreover, the concrete techniques related to multiplication effect such as the quality of collected Dendrolimus, multiplication moment, inoculation concentration, identification of infected Dendrolimus and prediction of virus production were analyzed. Rail fence multiplication solved a series technical problems in multiplication of DCPV. This method had the merits of large multiplication amount, high product quality, low production cost. The recovery rate of DCPV was higher than 80% and the DCPV output of each Dendrolimus was higher than 200 000 000.
