半纤维素和木质素去除对纤维素糖化过程的影响

摘    要:采用稀酸常压法、稀酸加压法、稀碱常压法、湿氧化法和稀碱—蒸汽爆破法等方法,对麦秆木质纤维素进行预处理,然后利用纤维素酶对处理后的纤维素进行糖化,考察不同预处理方法对生物量的回收率、纤维素回收率、半纤维素的去除率、木质素的去除率,以及纤维素糖化率的影响。实验表明,木质纤维素中木质素的去除是影响纤维素糖化率的关键因素。当采用湿氧化技术处理麦秆时,木质纤维素的去除率为48.4%,半纤维素的去除率为39.5%时,纤维素的糖化率最大,可达到78.2%。

Abstract:The effect of different pretreatment methods such as the dilute acid-ordinary atmosphere method,the dilute acid-pressure method,the dilute alkali-ordinary atmosphere method,wet-oxide method and dilute alkali-steam explosion method,on the recovery yield of the biomass,cellulose and the removing yield of hemicellulose and lignin were investigated.It showed that the suitably removing lignin from ligncellulose was the key factor.The maximum yield of saccharification of cellulose was up to 78.2% when the removin...
