| 摘 要： | 利用6对微卫星DNA标记对福建省4个中华蜜蜂群体进行遗传多样性分析,评估群体内的遗传变异和群体间的遗传分化.结果表明:共检测到50个等位基因,每个位点的等位基因数从2到19不等,所分析位点平均的期望杂合度和PIC值分别为0.6088和0.5629.4个中华蜜蜂群体6个微卫星位点平均有效等位基因数为8.333,平均基因杂合度分别为0.5608、0.4798、0.5738和0.6010,群体分化率为11.3%,4个群体间的基因流动值较大.4个中华蜜蜂群体均表现出较高的群体杂合度和丰富的遗传多样性.

| Abstract: | Genetic diversities of 4 Apis cerana cerana populations in Fujian Province were evaluated with 6 microsatellite loci,the genetic variability within populations and genetic differentiation among populations were estimated.The results showed that in 6 microsatellite loci,50 alleles were found,the number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 19,the average expected heterozygosity and PIC of all loci were 0.6088 and 0.5629,respectively.Mean number of effective alleles of 4 Apis cerana cerana populations was 8.3... |
