摘    要:研究了51株Pleurotus菌株的营养菌丝体的形态学、细胞学和生理生化特性.结果表明:菌落形态、无性孢子、细胞结构的变化,菌丝体胞外纤维素酶活力、TTC-脱氢酶活力的变化,酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱的异同,可作为鉴定菌株变异的主要标记.应用这些标记,确定了P.floride和P.ostreatus的两株变异株

Abstract:Pleuratus strains were investigated on their morphology,cytology,physiological and biochemical characters.The result showed that the different colony shape,conidium and cell structure, the activities variation of extracellular CMCase and TTC dehydrogenase, the differences of isoenzyme pattern of EST and POD could be used as main markers for identification of variant strain . By the use of these markers,two variant strains of P. floride and P. ostreatus were determined.
