| 摘 要： | 选用中药合成制剂"免疫抗毒散",通过对猪瘟的抗体效价增强试验、鸡胚攻毒试验、雏鸡人工发病试验、抑菌试验以及对小白鼠免疫器官的影响试验,验证了该中药制剂的药效作用.结果表明,"免疫抗毒散"能提高畜禽的抗体水平,具有杀灭病毒、保护胚胎的作用;能提高雏鸡的抗病能力,降低发病率和死亡率;对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌均有较强的抑菌作用,其最小菌浓度为4mg·mL-1;并能促进小白鼠免疫器官的发育.

| Abstract: | The pharmacodynamic tests of the Chinese crude drug "the powder of immunity anti-virus" were studied through the enhancement experiment of swine plague antibody titer; the conteracting toxic substances experiment of chick embryo; the artificial invasion experiment of chicken; the experiment of bacteriostasis and the influence experiment of Mus musculus albus immune organ. The results indicated that "the powder of immunity anti-virus" enhanced the level of antibody titer; had the effect of killing virus and preserving embryo; enhanced the disease resistance of chicken and degraded the disease incidence and the mortality rate; had the effective bacteriostasis to Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria,the minimal inhibitory concentration was 4 mg·mL~(-1); and enhanced development of murine immune organ. |
