| 摘 要： | 为进一步科学有效防控鸡大肠杆菌病,降低鸡场养殖成本,天祝县动物卫生监督所选取辖区内典型鸡场作为实验鸡场,开展了"鸡大肠杆菌病的综合防制"课题研究。某实验鸡场截至2017年11月底该鸡场累计养殖蛋鸡47580只,期间累计确诊感染鸡大肠杆菌病8879例,发病率18.66%,患病后死淘3809例,死淘率42.89%,发病率及死淘率极高。项目实验组在全面分析病因、进行流行病学调查的基础上,通过综合治疗、有效环境控制、消毒、科学合理营养搭配、全进全出饲养方式落实等措施制定并实施,2018年至2019年4月底,该鸡场累计养殖蛋鸡60480只,2018年1~6月确诊鸡大肠杆菌病发病641只,发病率下降至1.1%,因患鸡大肠杆菌病死淘102只,下半年至2019年期间共死淘782只鸡,全部属机械性损伤后淘汰鸡,实验室未检测出大肠杆菌。

| Abstract: | In order to prevent and control chicken colibacillosis scientifically and effectively reduce the cost of chicken farm breeding,the typical chicken farm in Tianzhu were selected as experimental chicken farms by animal health supervision to carry out the research on comprehensive prevention and control of chicken colibacillosis.At the end of November 2017,47580 layers were raised in an experimental chicken farm.During the period,8879 cases of chicken colibacillosis were diagnosed,with an incidence of 18.66%.3809 cases died of colibacillosis with a mortality rate of 42.89%.The morbidity and mortality of colibacillosis were extremely high.Base on the comprehensive analysis of the causes and epidemiological investigation,the experimenters adopted several comprehensive treatment,such as effective ly environmental control,disinfection,scientific and rational nutrition combination and implementation of all-in and all-out feeding methods.From the end of April 2018 to the end of 2019,60480 layers were raised in the farm,641 chickens were diagnosed with colibacillosis from January to June 2018,and the incidence dropped to 1.1%.102 chickens died of colibacillosis and 782 chickens died of colibacillosis between the second half of the year and 2019.All chickens were eliminated after mechanical injury.No colibacillosis was detected in the laboratory. |
