| 摘 要： | 研究了辣木精油对果蝇寿命及各代果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响.结果表明,各浓度组果蝇的半数死亡时间、平均寿命及平均最高寿命均较对照组长(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);随着喂饲时间增长和浓度的增加,果蝇体内的SOD活力明显增强,MDA含量明显下降.辣木精油具有高度抗氧化能力,可清除体内自由基,使果蝇寿命延长.

| Abstract: | The effects of Moringa oleifera oil on life-span and antioxidation system of Drosophila melanogaste was studied in this paper. Median lethal dose (LD50), life-span, superoxide dismutase activity and maleic dialdehyde content in Drosophila melanogaster were evaluated after had been administrated moringa oleifera oil orally.
