摘    要:对海南红豆Ormosia pinnata、南五味子Kadsura longipedunculata、蒲桃Syzygium jambos和灰木莲Magnoliaceae glanca幼苗进行3℃的低温处理后,研究其叶片气体交换参数的变化,了解低温下这4种树种的光合生理.结果表明,随着低温时间的延长,4种幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)不断下降;海南红豆、南五味子和灰木莲幼苗叶片的细胞间隙CO2的摩尔分数(xCO2)持续上升,气孔限制值(Ls)持续下降;蒲桃的xCO2先降后升,Ls先升后降.低温胁迫6 d时,海南红豆、南五味子、蒲桃和灰木莲的Pn分别为-0.17、-0.21、0.27和0.15μmol.m-2.s-1,Gs分别为0.005、0.017、0.003和0.006 mol.m-2.s-1,xCO2分别为440.8、439.6、309.8和404.8μmol.mol-1,Tr分别为0.11、0.39、0.09和0.11 mmol.m-2.s-1,Ls分别为0.046、0.047、0.268和0.103.主成分分析表明,低温下幼苗的光合能力为蒲桃>灰木莲>南五味子>海南红豆.

Abstract:In order to understand the photosynthetic physiology of seedlings of Ormosia pinnata and Kadsura longipedunculata,Syzygium jambos and Magnoliaceae glance at low temperature,gas exchange parameters of the four species seedlings were studied.Results showed that net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) continuously decreased with increasing low temperature time for the four species seedlings.Intercellular mole fraction of CO2(xCO2) continuously increased and stomata limitation(Ls) continuously decreased with increasing low temperature time for O.pinnata,K.longipedunculata and M.glance seedlings,whereas xCO2 decreased followed by an increase,and Ls increased and then decreased for S.jambos seedlings.When treated six days under low temperature,Pn of O.pinnata,K.longipedunculata,S.jambos and M.glance was-0.17,-0.21,0.27 and 0.15 μmol·m-2·s-1,respectively;and their Gs was 0.005,0.017,0.003 and 0.006 mol·m-2·s-1,respectively;xCO2 was 440.8,439.6,309.8 and 404.8 μmol·mol-1,respectively;Tr was 0.11,0.39,0.09 and 0.11 mmol·m-2·s-1,respectively;and Ls was 0.046,0.047,0.268 and 0.103,respectively.The photosynthetic ability of the four species seedlings under low temperature was evaluated by using principal component analysis,and its order was S.jambos>M.glauca>K.longipedunculata>O.pinnata.
