水仙鳞茎中粗多糖的提取工艺优化

摘    要:为初步确定水仙鳞茎中的粗多糖含量,采用热水浸提法提取水仙鳞茎中的粗多糖。同时以粗多糖得率为评价指标,以提取温度(℃)、液固比(mL/g)、乙醇体积比(无水乙醇mL/提取液mL)、提取时间(h)为因素优化热水浸提工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为提取时间5.5h,提取温度100℃,液固比10mL/g,乙醇加量比5(醇沉时加入无水乙醇量mL/样品溶液量mL)。其中提取温度是影响水仙鳞茎粗多糖得率的最主要因素。最优条件下提取粗多糖得率6.51445%,水仙鳞茎粗多糖含量为3.8130%。

Abstract:To measure the amount of the crude polysaccharides from the bulb of Narcissus(CPNs),water extraction technology were used to get CPNs.Optimizing the extraction method with the extraction ratio as index,and used the liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature,ethanol-sample ratio and extraction time as factors were studied.The results showed that the best extraction method was extracting 5.5 h,at 100℃,using 10 as liquid-solid ratio and setting the ethanol-sample ratio 5,and the extraction ratio of CNPs was 6.51445%,the amount of CPNs was 3.8130%.
