猪PLA2G4A基因单核苷酸多态性及其与饲料报酬性状的关联分析

摘    要:猪肉是世界第一大肉类消费品,通过提高饲料报酬来降低猪的养殖成本有巨大的经济意义。PLA2G4A基因作为早期脂肪分化的重要基因,已经在多个物种上进行研究。本实验以2016年出生于北京中育种猪有限责任公司的166头大白猪为材料,研究PLA2G4A基因与平均日采食量、饲料转化率、剩余饲料采食量和平均日增重4个饲料报酬性状的关系。结果发现:猪PLA2G4A位于外显子1、12、13、21的4个SNP位点;内含子2、2、11、12、16的5个SNP位点,共计9个SNP位点;对这9个SNP和4个饲料报酬相关性状进行关联分析发现,位于内含子16的SNP位点与猪的平均日增重有极显著相关,而其他SNP位点与这4种饲料报酬性状均无显著相关。

Single Nucleotide Polymorphism in PLA2G4A Gene and Association with Feed Conversion Traits in Swine

Abstract:Due to the fact that pork is the world's largest meat consumption, it is of great economic importance to reduce pig breeding costs by increasing feed conversion. The PLA2G4A gene has been studied on many species as an important gene for early adipose differentiation. In this study, 166 large white pigs born in Beijing Zhongyu Pig Breeding Company in 2016 were used as materials to study the relationship between PLA2G4A gene and feed conversion traits. Nine SNPs were finally detected, four are in its exons 1, 12, 13, 21 and five are in its introns 2, 2, 11, 12, 16. The association study of these nine SNPs with average daily feed intake(ADFI), feed conversion ratio(FCR), residual feed intake(RFI) and average daily gain(ADG), found that the SNP in intron 16 was significantly associated with the average daily gain of pigs(P<0.01), while other SNPs were not significantly associated with these four feed conversion traits.
