玉米自交系耐旱性鉴定与评价

摘    要:以88份玉米自交系为试验材料,采用随机区组试验设计,在正常灌溉和干旱胁迫处理下,对自交系的耐旱性进行鉴定,以产量抗旱指数(DI)、耐旱系数隶属度(SV)为评价指标,并结合散粉吐丝间隔期(ASI),对85份正常结实自交系的耐旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,在中度偏重干旱条件下,85份自交系在干旱处理区较正常供水区的平均株高降低,果穗变短、变细,空秆增多,秃尖增加,双穗率、百粒重降低,散粉吐丝间隔期(ASI)延长,产量平均下降42.9%。强耐旱自交系有6份,较耐旱自交系有16份,中等耐旱自交系有20份,弱耐旱自交系有29份,不耐旱自交系有14份。

Abstract:This study evaluated the drought tolerance of 88 maize inbred lines using a randomized block design under normal irrigation and drought stress conditions. The yield drought resistance index(DI) and drought tolerance coefficient membership(SV) were used as evaluation indexes, and the drought tolerance of 85 normally productive inbred lines was comprehensively evaluated in combination with the anthesis-silking interval(ASI). The results showed that under the condition of moderate drought, the average plant height of 85 inbred lines decreased, the ear became shorter and thinner, the number of empty stems increased, the number of bald tip increased, the double ear rate and 100 grain weight decreased, and the dry spinning interval decreased(ASI) was prolonged, and the plot yield decreased by 42.9% on average. The study identified 6 inbred lines with strong drought tolerance, 16 with relatively drought tolerance, 20 with medium drought tolerance, 29 with weak drought tolerance, and 14 with no drought tolerance.
