摘    要:利用常规、非常规等资料对2009年8月17—18日山东省出现的特大暴雨过程进行分析,并计算分析对流有效位能(CAPE)等几种热力环境指数在这次强降水中的作用。结果表明:①山东这次暴雨主要出现在西风槽东移、副高南退过程中的副高西北侧边缘,具有降水量大、降水强度大、暴雨范围大且区域集中和强降水时段集中的显著特点。②低层冷空气的侵入、地面倒槽和切变线的辐合作用,有利于增强降水的强度。③强盛的偏南气流是这次暴雨发生的主要因素。④这次暴雨有很好的热力和动力条件。⑤对流有效位能(CAPE)等热力环境指数对鲁南这次强降水有较强的反应能力。⑤强回波在费县维持时间较长是费县出现强降水的重要原因,较强的偏南气流、湿层深厚是费县出现特大暴雨的主要原因。⑦费县特殊地形对特大暴雨有很大贡献。雷达资料可以更细地反映天气过程,弥补常规观测的不足,关注地形影响对预报强降雨及其分布有积极作用。

An Analysis of a Heavy Torrential Rainfall in Shandong Province on 17 August 2009

Abstract:A heavy torrential rainfall process during August 17 to 18 2009 was analyzed by using the normal data,abnormal data.Some thermal environmental indexes,such as CAPE,were analyzed in this process.The following results were showed :①heavy torrential rainfall moned mainly occurred in the border district of northwest subtropical high when the trough moved to east and the subtropical high moved backward to south.It was characterized by large amount of rainfall,intensive strength,widespread rainstorm,concentrate region and concentrate time.② invading of cold air on the low atom-sphere,the convergence resulted from the shear line and the inverted trough were benefit to strengthen heavy rain.③the strong southerly current played an important pole in the torrential rainfall and it was a leading factor.④there were good thermal and dynamic conditions in the heavy rain.⑤some thermal environmental indexes,such as CAPE,evidently had a good response ability in the intensive rainfall in the south of Shandong province.⑥the strong radar echo which lasted long time was mainly an important cause leading to the heavy rain in Feixian.The strong southerly flow and the thick moist air were the leading factors in the torrential rainfall.⑦special terrain of Feixian contributes to the heavy rainfall greatly.Radar data can show the change of weather in detail compared with normal observational meteorological data and it was a good supplemental data.Paying attention to the impact of the terrain was benefit to forecast strong rainfall and its distribution.
