日粮中添加恩拉霉素对仔猪生产性能和肠道菌群的影响

摘    要:试验研究日粮中添加恩拉霉素及停用后对断奶仔猪生长性能和肠道菌群结构的影响。采用单因素试验设计,将20头仔猪分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复;分别在基础饲粮中添加0、5、20 mg/kg和80 mg/kg恩拉霉素。试验分为3个阶段,加药期28 d,饲喂试验日粮;停药期7 d和LPS诱导应激期3 d,均饲喂基础日粮。结果表明:加药期与对照组相比,5、20mg/kg添加组平均日增重增加(P>0.05),80mg/kg添加组却显著降低(P<0.05),3个添加组直肠总菌数显著下降(P<0.05)。停药期,5、20 mg/kg添加组平均日增重与对照组相比有下降的趋势(P>0.05),20、80mg/kg添加组直肠总菌数和乳酸杆菌/大肠杆菌显著下降(P<0.05)。应激后,盲肠乙酸和丁酸含量显著下降(P<0.05)。

Abstract:A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of enramycin on the performance and intestinal flora.According to the single-factorial experimental design,twenty healthy clean piglets weaned at 21 days old were randomly assigned to four treatments with five replicates to received basal diet or basal diet added with enramycin at 5,20,80 mg/kg, respectively.The study included three stages including 28-day supplementation time,7-day withdrawal time,and 3-day stress time indured by LPS.The results showed that during supplementation time,the ADG of treatment 5 mg/kg,20 mg/kg were higher,and total number of bacteria of supplemented treatments were significantly reduced(P<0.05).During withdrawal time,the ADG of the groups of 5 mg/kg,20 mg/kg was reduced(P>0.05),and L/E and total number of bacteria in 20 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg supplementation groups were lower(P<0.05) those in than control group.After LPS stress,ac etic acid and butyric acid in 5 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,80 mg/kg supplementation groups were lower(P<0.05).These results demonstrated enramycin supplementation could improve piglets performance,but break the balance of intestinal flora.
