稻米粒重和粗蛋白含量的相关性研究

摘    要:本试验以单粒微量测定方法,研究稻米粒重和蛋白质含量的关系,并从开花时间来分析粒重和蛋白质含量的变化规律。四个品种粒重变幅分别是15.2-21.0mg、14.6-22.0mg、13.4-18.2mg、11.2-18.2mg;粗蛋白含量变幅较大,分别是4.5%-16.0%、4.0%-17.0%、7.8%-19.3%、8.3%-23.2%。四个品种第二天开花的小穗数量最多,占总小穗数的36.51%-48.59%,其糙米平均粒重最轻,粗蛋白含量最高,其次为第一天开花的小穗数较多,其糙米平均粒重最大,粗蛋白含量最低。四个品种变化趋向一致。粒重与粗蛋白含量呈负向变化趋势,这可能与淀粉和蛋白质积累的方式和时间不同有关。

Abstract:A single grain method was used to analyse the grain weight and rough protein content in four rice varieties, and the correlationbetween grain weight and protein content was analysed by flowering time. The results showed that the range of grain weight in thefour varieties was l5. 2-21. Omg, 14. 6- 22. 0mg, 13. 4- 18. 2g and 11. 2- 18. 2mg, respectively and the range of protein contentin the four varieties was 4. 5 % - 16. 0%, 4. 0% - 17.0%, 7.8 % - 19. 3 % and 8. 3 % - 23.2 %,respectively. The number of flower-ing spikelets in the second day was the most, accounting for 36. 5 % -48. 5% of total spikelets, and their average grain weight of thebrown rice was the lightest, but the rough protein content was the highest. The variation tendency was the same among the fourrice varieties. The grain weight had a negative correlation with rough protein content. It may have relation to the accumulating wayand time of starch and protein.
