| 摘 要： | 随着我国研究生教育的迅猛发展，教育质量日益受到关注。研究生管理是研究生教育质量的基本保障，现实的管理中存在着管理内容不全面、管理功能弱化和管理手段单一等问题，这妨碍了教育质量目标的实现。文章立足当前研究生管理工作的实际，通过分析研究生管理的问题成因，提出了创新管理理念、完善管理机制、不断推进过程化管理等举措，以期为提升研究生培养质量、促进我国研究生教育的科学发展提供可资借鉴的思路。
