红松种子园优良无性系的遗传多样性

摘    要:以红松种子中胚乳DNA为材料,利用ISSR分子标记技术,以露水河天然红松群体为对照,对露水河种子园内所选育的红松优良无性系的遗传多样性和遗传分化进行了研究。结果表明:种子园无性系的遗传多样性和天然群体十分接近,遗传变异主要来自群体内部。由此可知,种子园不会由于群体数量有限而导致遗传多样性较天然种群低,而且种子园无性系生产的种子(即其子代)的遗传结构应与所分析的亲代的遗传结构相似,可以保持这样的多样性。

Abstract:The genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of Pinus koraiensis superior clones from Lushuihe seed orchard were studied using DNA extracted from seed endosperm as experimental material and Pinus koraiensis natural population in Lushuihe as control by meaos of ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeats)DNA marker.Results show that the majority of genetic variation occurs within populations,with a small proportion of genetic diversity measured between the seed orchard and the natural population.It is concluded that limited number of populations in seed orchard will not lead to reduce the genetic diversity,and the genetic structure of progeny can be forecasted for it is similar to its parents.
