| 摘 要： | １９９６年，利用我国发射的返回式科学实验卫星搭载高梁恢复系唐恢２８干种子，回收后田间种植，对其主要农艺性状表现进行调查．在ＳＰ１代发现植株矮化、穗粒重显著增加等少数性状变异．ＳＰ２代群体发生广谱分离．所观察的８个主要性状除抗病性无明显分离，壳色变异极小外，其它性状变异显著，并从中获得了穗长比对照最大穗还长４ｃｍ，穗粒重比对照最大穗重还重５８．５ｇ的特大穗变异株系，为育成高产品系提供了可能性

| Abstract: | The dry seeds of Tanghui 28,a sorghum restorer line,were camied by recoverable satellite launched by our country for science experimentin 1996.The recovered seeds were sown in field so as to observed on main agricultural character expression.The variations of a little characters such as shorter stalk,increased singificant grain weight per panicle and etc were observed in sp 1 generation.The Wide sepatation was took place in SP 2\ generation Besides a no-singificant separation of disease resistance and a least variation of glume collour among the 8\ main characters observed,the others Varied singificant,and super large panicle tye varied lines were obtained.Its panicle lenth was 4 cm longer than control and grain weigth per panicle was 58.5g weigthier than control and heritable.This result provided opossivility for breeding heigh yield lines. |
