摘    要:通过温室人工接菌 ,研究了喷施 4种外源激素 3-吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、脱落酸和反 -玉米素对棉苗棉花黄萎病发病程度的影响。结果表明赤霉素在5.0~80.0μg/ml浓度范围内 ,提高了棉苗抗病性 ,但棉苗表现徒长、叶片畸形 ;反 -玉米素25.0~80.0μg/ml明显促进了病情发展 ;3-吲哚乙酸10μg/ml,脱落酸0.5μg/ml,反 -玉米素10 μg/ml的处理对降低棉苗的发病率和发病程度作用较明显。

Abstract:The effects of exogenous hormone to the disease degree of cotton plant infected by Verticillium dahliae were studied by the method of artifficial inoculation in greenhouse. Four kinds of hormones which were 3 indoxylic acid (IAA), gibberellin (GA 3), ABA and trans zeatin (t-Z) were sprayed with three concentrations on cotton seedlings, respectively. The results showed that the disease incidences and disease degree of the seedling treated with IAA 10 μg/ml, ABA 0.5 μg/ml and t-Z 10 μg/ml were redused significantly. Treated with GA3 5.0-80.0 μg/ml, the disease resistance of cotton seedlings was increased, but the plants looked spindling and deformational, while the disease of seedlings treated with t-Z in 25.0-80.0 μg/ml was developed.
