摘    要:液体发酵培养菌丝体具有高效、高产、成本低的特点。因此 ,本文以液体培养金针菇菌丝及金针菇子实体为材料 ,对二者SOD含量及同工酶类型进行了比较 ,并对金针菇菌丝液体培养的特性作了进一步阐述 ,以期为开发利用金针菇菌丝中SOD资源打下一定基础

Abstract:Using liquid fermented Flammulina velutipes mycelia and fruitbodies as research material,the SOD activity and its isoenzyme type were studied comparatively.The results showed mycelia had same type of SOD as fruitbody,so the mycelia producing by liquid fermentation could be used as the best resource of SOD.
