摘    要:轮胎刷子模型是只考虑胎面弹性而将胎体视为刚性的简化理论模型。在分析稳态条件下印迹侧向变形和垂直载荷分布的基础上,并考虑到印迹区内发生滑移时的情形,系统地分析了只考虑胎面侧向弹性的轮胎稳态侧偏刷子模型的建模机理及其边界条件,讨论了载荷分布函数的约束条件和印迹起滑点的有效范围,为建立轮胎侧偏半经验模型或复杂侧偏模型提供理论依据与方法。

Abstract:Tire brush models are simplified theoretical models assuming that carcass is rigid and only the flexible of tread is considered. Lateral deformations of contact patch and distribution of vertical load are analyzed for modelling of tire cornering properties in steady state conditions. The case that slippage occurs possibly within contact patch is taken into account. Then modelling mechanism of tire cornering brush models is discussed systematically. The boundary conditions of the models are also described. The constrain conditions of the function of vertical load distribution and the valid range of critical adhesive point within contact patch are also discussed. All these are provided as theoretical bases and methods for establishing of semi empirical tire cornering models or complex cornering models.
