| Abstract: | Using the stem and leaf ofA lnus formosana as explant, the experiment was car- ried out to study the technique of tissue culture ofA lnus formosana. The results showed that it＇s difficult to induce initial bud from stem, but it＇s relatively easy to induce callus form leaf. |
