温州蜜柑同化产物运转分配的调控

摘    要:采用~(14)C示踪技术探讨人工脱叶、植物激素对枳砧宫川温州蜜柑同化产物运转分配的调控,植物生长调节剂对植物整体同化产物分配的影响,以及源—库关系中植物激素的作用。结果表明,人工脱叶后~(14)C—同化产物大量向脱叶区域运转,摘除植株下部叶片,同化产物不仅向植株下部运输,而且向根部运转,脱叶还可提高源叶输出率。向果实内注入GA_2,促进源叶同化产物向同枝与源叶呈直线的果实内不同区域运转,但源叶与果实的距离延长时,GA_2这种促进作用消失。ABA有抑制GA_2促进同化产物运转的作用。PP333和调节膦对叶片向根系输送~(14)C—同化产物的量相似,但两者对地上部同化产物分配的作用相反,PP333促进同化产物向其他施用部位运转,调节膦抑制这一过程,两者混用,PP333的作用被调节膦掩盖,表现抑制同化产物运转,但同时有可能促进同化产物向根系运转。


MODULATION OF TRANSLOCATION OF PHOTOSYNTHATE IN SATSUMA MANDARIN
Abstract:The experiments reported here were carried out with 9-to-10-year-old field trees and 2-year-old potted seedlings of Satsuma mandarin ( Citrus unshiu Marc. ev. unbergii Nakai) on the stock of Poncirus trifoliata (L) Rof. The effects of defoliation and treatments with some phytohormones and growth regulators on translocation and distribution of photosynthatein plants were studied using the~(14)C trace technique. The effects of some phytohormones on the relationship between the source and the sink in plants were also investigated.The results indicated that considerable amounts of photosynthate were diverted to the regions where leaves had just been removed. Photosynthate was transported to the lower parts of the plant and to the root as well when the leaves on the lower part of the plant were removed. The rate of export of photosynthate was increased by defoliation. The movement of photosynthate from source leaf to it's aligned fruit segments was enhanced by GA_3 after it was injected into the fruit directly. A_3 had not such an effect when the distance between the source leaf and the fruit was longer. The increased translocation of photosynthate by GA_3 treatment could be hindered by ABA. About equal amount of ~(14)C-photo-synthate was translocated from leaves to the root treated with either PP333 or Krenite. PP333 stimulated the translocation of photosynthate to the parts above the ground of the plant where it had been applied whereas Krenite had the opposite effect of slowing down the movement. The effect of PP338 could be masked by Krenite when a mixture of the two was applied to the plant. This had the effect of inhibiting the translocation of phosynthate in the plant parts above the ground while in the meantime it maybe stimulate the translocation of photosynthate to the root.
