摘    要:竹叶兰(Arundina graminifolia)是优良的传统药用植物与新兴景观地被植物。竹叶兰试管苗规模化栽培技术成为需要解决的新问题。本试验以竹叶兰无菌播种试管苗为材料,探讨了7种常用栽培基质以及2类栽培环境对其生长的影响。结果表明,竹叶兰试管苗最优栽培基质为水苔,最优栽培环境为遮阳棚;其株高、茎粗、叶片数均得到显著提升。使用水苔种植于温室大棚环境,竹叶兰试管苗分蘖数最多。

Abstract:Arundina Graminifolia is a traditional medicinal plant with newly discovered landscape quality. The scale cultivation of tube seedlings of Arundina Graminifolia has become the novel problem need be solved. In this experiment, the aseptic Arundina Graminifolia seedlings was taken as materials, and seven kinds of orchid cultivation matrix and two kinds of cultivation environment were chosen to investigate their effect on the growth of the seedlings. The results show that, the best matrix for cultivation seedlings is moss, and the best cultivation environment is awning shading. The plant height, stem diameter, and leaf number were significantly enhanced under these treatments. Furthermore, the tube seedlings had the most tillers growing on the moss in the green house.
