摘    要:利用机器视觉技术对红枣进行外部品质检测分级,首先要对红枣进行全表面图像采集,针对红枣输送过程中搓动红枣旋转来实现全表面图像采集的方法进行研究。根据分级机工作原理及图像采集对红枣的转动要求,设计出辊轴搓动自旋转机构,使红枣在输送过程中不断旋转,从而保证红枣全表面都能够在摄像机视角范围内出现;然后通过计算确定了搓动机构相应的结构尺寸,分析了红枣在辊轴上的受力情况。实验证明,搓动旋转机构设计合理,输送系统运行稳定,在50-300mm/s的输送速度范围内能够满足红枣全表面图像采集的要求。

Abstract:Whole surface images of jujube should be obtained firstly when detected and graded jujube in external quality based on machine vision. This paper researched the methods which were used to collect the whole surface images acquisition by rubbing and rotating jujube during the convey process. According to the principle of classifier and rotating requirements of jujube for images acquisition,the rubbing and rotating mechanism of roll shaft were designed which made the jujube rotating, which made sure that whole surface in view of camera, then, determined structural dimension correspondingly, and made dynamical analysis for rotating jujube. The experiments showed that the design of mechanism was reasonable and the conveying system ran stable. The mechanism worked better when conveying speed was in the range of 50 mm/s to 300 mm/s.
