4,4’-二(苯并[e][4H-4-氧-1,3-]恶嗪并[2,3-c][1,2,4]-三氮唑)的合成及活性研究

摘    要:为了发现具有良好抑菌和除草活性的1,2,4-双三唑化合物,以草酸二乙酯、85%水合肼、水杨酸等为原料,合成了一个新的标题化合物4,4’-二(苯并e]4H-4-氧-1,3-]恶嗪并2,3-c]1,2,4]-三氮唑)。标题化合物的结构经IR、1H NMR和13C NMR进行确证。采用生长速率法和琼脂混药法研究了标题化合物的抑菌活性和除草活性。结果表明:标题化合物对小麦赤霉病原菌(Gibberella zeae)、棉花枯萎病原菌(Fusarium oxysporium)、苹果腐烂病原菌(Valsa mali)、苹果轮纹病原菌(Physalospora nasei)、番茄早疫病原菌(Ternaria solani)和黄瓜疫霉病原菌(Phytophthora melonis)都有一定的抑制作用,对小麦赤霉病菌的抑制活性尤为突出,其抑菌率及EC50值分别为86.6%和24.8 mg/L。标题化合物对生菜有很好的抑制作用,浓度为50 mg/L和200 mg/L时对生菜胚根的抑制率分别为94.5%和95.8%;浓度为200 mg/L时对胚轴的抑制率达到93.8%;当浓度为400 mg/L时对生菜胚根和胚轴的抑制率都接近100%。

Abstract:

In order to find good fungicide and herbicide, a new 1,2,4-triazole compound 4,4’-bis(benzoe]4H-4-O-1,3-]oxazino2,3-c]1,2,4]-triazole) was synthesized by diethyl oxalate, 85% hydrazine hydrate, salicylic acid and so on. Its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. The fungicidal activity and herbicidal activity of the title compound were studied by growth rate method and agar mix medicine method, respectively. The results showed the title compound exhibited some inhibition against Gibberella zeae, Fusarium oxysporium, Valsa mali, Physalospora nasei, Ternaria solani and Phytophthora melonis, and the inhibitory activity was the most effective to Gibberella zeae with the inhibition rate and EC50 of 86.6% and 24.8 mg/L, respectively. The title compound also exhibited good activity to Lactuca sativa with the inhibition rate of radicle 94.5% when the concentration was 50 mg/L. When the concentration was 200 mg/L, the inhibition rate to radicle and hypocotyl were 95.8% and 93.8%, respectively. When the concentration was 400 mg/L, the inhibition rate to radicle and hypocotyl were close to 100%.
