摘    要:研究通过对辣木种子消毒方法、增殖阶段6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)浓度、生根阶段吲哚丁酸(IBA)浓度、移栽炼苗时间进行筛选,确定辣木种子适宜的消毒方法为75%的酒精浸泡30s后用1%NaClO消毒15 min;增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+30g/L蔗糖+7.0g/L琼脂(pH5.8);生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.4mg/L IBA+30g/L蔗糖+7.0g/L琼脂(pH5.8);移栽时炼苗6d较适宜。由此建立了辣木快速繁殖体系,为规模化生产辣木提供参考。

Abstract:Disinfection strategies and culture media were investigated to develop a convenient system for Moringa oleifera Lam.propagation.The results showed that soaking the fresh shelled moringa seeds with 75% alcohol for 30 s,then 1% NaClO for 15 min can achieve the best disinfection effect.The appropriate proliferation medium was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA (6-Benzylaminopurine) + 30 g/L sucrose + 7.0 g/L agar (pH5.8).The proper rooting medium was 1/2 MS + 0.4 mg/L IBA (Indole-3-Butytric acid) + 30 g/L sucrose + agar 7.0 g/L (pH5.8).The suitable acclimatization time was 6 days.The study established the moringa rapid propagation system,and provided technical reference for the large-scale production of moringa.
