露蜂房挥发性化学成分分析

摘    要:采用有机溶剂对露蜂房中挥发性化学成分进行提取,并对其进行分离鉴定和测定各化舍物在挥发性成分中的相对百分含量。结果表明:从露蜂房中分离了68种成分,其中鉴定了28个,占挥发性成分的41.18%。其挥发性成分主要为烃类化合物和高级脂肪酸及酯类化合物,烃类化合物占检出成分的71.43%,高级脂肪酸及酯类化合物占检出成分的25.0%,其中二十八烷的含量高达8.94%。

Abstract:To reveal volatile chemical constituents and provide basis for further utility of the Nidus vespae, the volatile constituents was extracted by aether from Nidus vespae in the current work. The chemical constituents from Nidus vespae were further analyzed with the optimal separating and analyzing conditions by GC-MS, including content determination. of total volatile constituents higher fatty acid as well as A total of 28 components were separated and identified, which account for 41.18% The main volatile constituents of Nidus vespae are hydrocarbon (71.43%), and its esters (25.0%), among which octacosane content is as high as 8.94%.
