| 摘 要： | 目的]为井冈山独蒜兰的开发利用提供技术依据。方法]以井冈山独蒜兰的蒴果为材料,将其幼胚接种于培养基中,研究不同幼胚培养基、含不同激素组合的原球茎和丛生芽诱导培养基及根诱导条件的诱导效果。结果]在MS培养基中,接入的幼胚发育缓慢,65 d才转绿,芽发育瓶数为30%,加入2 mg/L GA3后,芽发育瓶数提高到40% 在1/2 MS培养基中,幼胚43 d即开始转绿,芽发育瓶数为62% MS培养基附加2.0 mg/L 6-BA时,对原球茎和丛生芽的诱导效果最好,诱导率分别为90%和80% 在18℃时,独蒜兰无根苗培养15d即开始生根,在1/2 MS培养基中培养30 d,生根率达到95.2%,平均生根数为4.0条/株。结论]该研究建立了适宜的井冈山独蒜兰再生体系。
