摘    要:在经典的连二亚硫酸钠-柠檬酸钠法基础上,针对风干过程可能导致的土壤性状变化,研究了不同土壤水分处理(鲜土、风干24h、风干48h、完全风干和烘干24h)对三江平原A、B两个泥炭土剖面的游离氧化铁提取量的影响。实验结果表明,对于不同水分处理,土壤开始脱水阶段(风干24h)和近彻底脱水阶段(完全风干)对游离氧化铁提取量的影响较大,而中度脱水阶段(风干48h)影响较小;土壤上部有机层和泥炭层(O、H1,两个剖面采样深度分别为0~40cm,0~20cm)与下部腐泥层和潜育层(Hh、G1、G2,分别为60~120cm,40~100cm)所受影响要大于中部泥炭层(H2,分别为40~60cm,20~40cm)。土壤含水率与游离氧化铁的提取量存在一定程度的相关性,个别土层达到显著和极显著相关。鉴于土壤含水率对提取量存在不容忽视的干扰,建议采用鲜土测定以尽量保持土壤中游离氧化铁的自然赋存状态。

Abstract:Wer studied the effect of different soil water treatments (fresh soil, air-dried for 24h, air-dried for 48h, and air-dried completely, and oven-dried for 24h) on free iron oxides (Fed) extraction of two peat soil profiles from the Sanjiang Plain by using the classic sodium hydrosulfite-sodium citrate method. The results showed that the effect of soil dewatering on Fed extraction was more significant during the initial (air-dried for 24h) and late stage (air-dried completely) than interim one(air-dried for 48h, and also more significant for upper soil horizons (O, H1) and lower horizons (Hh, G1, G2) than the central horizons (H2). Furthermore, the Fed extraction was correlated with soil water content, and the correlations were significant for certain horizons. Given the indispensable influence of soil water content on Fed extraction, fresh soil, instead of air-dried, was recommended strongly.
