摘    要:开发了火花点火天然气发动机预燃室式燃烧系统。该发动机通过采用新型的预燃室式燃烧系统,同时对发动机的燃料供给系统、点火系统等进行改进设计,实现了两级点火和稀燃、速燃,大大提高了燃烧速度,从而改善了发动机的动力性,降低了排气温度和排放量。试验结果表明,新的天然气发动机的动力性与原机基本相当,排气污染降低,经济性良好。

Abstract:This paper reports a study on a new prechamber combustion system of a spark ignited dedicated CNG engine on the basis of a diesel engine. On this CNG engine the new combustion system was adopted, and two stage ignition and lean combustion were realized, which will greatly increase the combustion rate. With the new engine the output was improved the exhaust emissions and temperature were decreased apparently, the fuel supply and ignition systems were optimized. The experiments showed that the power of this CNG engine was the same as the base engine and the exhaust emissions were reduced.
