| 摘 要： | 我国处于由传统社会向现代社会的转型时期。在市场经济推进、基层民主政治进步以及农村文化事业发展等因素的共同作用下,农村人际关系呈现出"理性化"、互信弱化、业缘关系强化等特征,文章旨在分析社会转型进程中农村人际关系的变化,探究经济、政治、文化与社会流动等诸多因素如何对其产生影响,建议通过完善农村市场经济、精神文明建设、法制建设与文化自觉来建立良好的农村人际关系。

| Abstract: | At present China is in the period of social transformation from the traditional society to the modern society. With the promoting of market economy, rural grass-roots democracy and rural culture construction and other factors, the countryside interpersonal relationship shows a trend of rationalization, weakening mutual trust and strengthening workmates. This article is aimed at analyzing the changes of countryside interpersonal relationship in the trans- formation and probing into the influences of economic, political, cultural and social mobility factors on its changes, and propose some suggestions to construct a better countryside interper- sonal relationship by the improving of rural market economy, building of spiritual civilization, building of legal system and cultural awareness. |
