| 摘 要： | 在国家提倡大力发展农业和农村建设的大环境下,国家对高层次农业工程技术人员的需求也逐渐增大。当前农业领域高端人才的匮乏,制约着社会经济的整体发展。从提高我国农业推广硕士研究生培养质量入手,以农业机械化领域为例,对专业学位研究生的培养工作进行改革,切实地从招生源头抓起,建立质量评价体系,满足国家对农业发展领域专业人才的需求。

| Abstract: | Under the big environment of developing agriculture and rural construction advocatec~ in China, the demand for high-level agricultural engineering technical personnel is also gradually increased. However, the lack of high-end talents in current agricultural field seriously restricts the overall development of social economy. With the agricultural mechanization field as a case, this article from the perspective of improving the quality of agricultural postgraduate cultivation in China, discusses the in-depth reform of the cultivation of professional degree graduates in this field by starting with newly enrolled students and establishing a complete set of quality evaluation system, so as to meet the national demand for talents in the field of agricultural development. |
