摘    要:结合高校水利事业发展趋势和人才培养的迫切需求,东北农业大学水利与建筑学院首次提出"一个导向,一个原则,两个适应,三个转变"的创新型人才培养目标定位,构建"3+2+1+1+1"的创新型人才培养模式,优化设置水利类专业创新型课程体系、实践教学体系、实践教学软硬环境、现代化教学模式,为水利及其它相关专业创新型人才培养提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:Combined with the development trend of Water Conservancy cause and the urgent need of talents cultivation, the institute of Water Conservancy and Architecture in Northeast Agricultural University has firstly proposed the target locations of the innovative talents culti- vation and constructed a "3 + 2 + 1 -~- 1 + 1" training mode of innovative talents, which is "One guide, one principle, two adaptations, and three transformations". The innovative curriculum system, practice teaching system, soft and hard environment of practice teaching, modern teaching mode are set optimally. The above methods would provide references for innovative talent cultivation in Water Conservancy and other relevant specialties.
