| 摘 要： | 以白藓种子为材料,采用不同处理方法进行播种试验,研究其对出苗率的影响,结果表明,以细河沙(含水率60%)与种子按31比例均匀混拌后在贮藏室内进行层积处理的出苗率最高,达到了95%以上,沙藏层积处理是打破种子休眠促进萌发的适宜方法。

| Abstract: | The effects of four seed treatments on germination of Dictamnus dasycarpus were measured in this paper.Result shows that the sand stratification treatment improved the germination percentage to 95%.Fine river sand and seed mixed together with the 31 ratio and stored indoor for a period.This sand stratification was an optimal method to break off the dormancy of D.dasycarpus seeds. |
