| Abstract: | After the entrance of WTO, in agriculture, the technological barrier has already replaced tariff barrier and become a new obstacle for our agricultural products to be entered in international market. At the same time the patent and standardization are used by the developed country for the restriction of our agri-product and control of market constantly. In the face of the double stress from standardization and patent, the construction of agricultural standardization and patent strategy will be essential for existence and development of our agriculture. |
