| 摘 要： | 在广东信宜林科所营建了马尾松优良无性系的基因库，结果表明，采用圃地嫁接上山定植的成活率较上山定砧嫁接的高，且林相整齐，植株生长快，容易管理。文内还简述马尾松无性系基因库建设的目的、意义，介绍营建基因库的技术方法及抚育管理措施，并分析了高脂、用材、外省区优良无性系的生长情况。

| Abstract: | Gene pool of 500 Masson pine clones was established in Xinyi, Guangdong in 2000, and a series of establishing technology was concluded in the paper. It is better to grafting the stock in the nursery, and then fix planting in the gene pool garden. The survival rate of this planting method is higher than that of grafting after fix planting, and the forest form are more evently, the plants grows more quckly and are more easy for management.; |
